Verified Excellent location, a welcoming, clean, and safe place. Guillermo, as the host, is attentive and can offer suggestions like a city guide. I highly recommend this place.

Verified The apartment was very cozy and warm with beautiful tile and stone. I love having an outdoor space and a desk to do work. The unit was very bright and sunny but had beautiful shades if we wanted it darker. It’s very close to many restaurants and a close burner to many markets and museums. it’s a great place to spend a weekend. I felt very safe here.

Verified The stay was very nice. I'm a bit sensitive to noise and would suggest installing windows to reduce it. There were earplugs provided, but I didn't find them comfortable. The terrace was lovely, but with the sun and the hard chairs, it was difficult to sit there. I would suggest placing a reading chair in a corner. I also suggest having cleaning supplies on hand.

Verified The apartment was very clean. I loved the plants. It was accessible to good restaurants, walkable, accessible to transportation and interesting places. I only wish there was a small television in the bedroom.

Verified We only stayed for two nights, but what I really liked was how clean the apartment was—the blankets, the pillows, everything smelled fresh. I also liked the location and how comfortable the place was. The host was very responsive when I needed to contact him. Thank you.

Verified I had a very comfortable stay. The place is amazing, with tasteful decor and an unbeatable location just 400 meters from the Convention Center, which was perfect for my business trip. I did have a minor issue with the water supply in the shower due to an external problem caused by the municipality; however, I would like to highlight the host's impeccable attitude. Even though it was a situation beyond his control, he did everything possible immediately to help me and resolve the issue. I greatly appreciate his helpfulness and professionalism. It's an excellent option in Mérida, and I would definitely stay here again.

Verified The apartment is very nice, and for my wife and me, the most important thing is the cleanliness and order of the place, and this place was truly very clean, which allowed us to feel very comfortable and rest with confidence. Highly recommended.
