 Verified This place was lovely! Even though it is surrounded by buildings, it still felt private and peaceful.If you are attending an event at the convention center, this is a great location! It’s easy to walk to everything. It’s also wonderful for exploring El Centro — far enough from the craziness and busy tourist areas, but still close enough to enjoy everything on foot.The tiles, architecture, and overall design were beautiful and full of character. I highly recommend it if you are traveling solo or with someone else and looking for a comfortable, charming place to stay.There is construction next to it, but it didn't bother me at all since I was out and about.  Verified I loved staying here in Merida. It was a good location. Only thing is there are neighbors in the same building so when they open their doors it sounds like your door is opening. It can be kind of scary at night with all the sounds of construction and people around. Also the shower can take up to 6-8 minutes to fully heat up so keep that in mind. The place was clean though, and good location
