I will always stay with Guillermo & Teresa whenever I visit CDMX or Mérida. They are responsive & helpful whenever I had questions about check-in, things to do, etc. The bedding is solid 10/10, I always sleep like a baby! the kitchenette is convenient because I like to make tea and eat some light snacks during my travels. I think it's one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Guillermo is a great guy and helped me when I asked for some recommendations. There was a problem with the internet provider, but they resolved it right away. The only thing is that if you're bothered by outside light when you sleep, the room doesn't get completely dark. I don't have a problem with that, but I know people who are, and it might bother them. It's a great place, very clean, and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location to walk around the city, very safe as a solo female traveler. Great communication with host.
