Our facilities
With the purpose of maximizing the roofgarden of an old house, original of the first houses in the Hipódromo Condesa neighborhood. Our accommodations were designed as small apartments that favor open spaces, generating spacious and cozy terraces. Integrating interior and exterior space to offer small oasis of relaxation in the center of the city.
Additional information for our guests
Access
To ensure comfort and security. The main access is through a fingerprint lock and the doors of the accommodations through normal keys. We will be present to welcome you and help you to check-in.
Parking Lot
Guest parking is not available. It is possible to park on the street, but it is a prepaid parking meter zone.
Video Surveillance system
For security purposes, we have a video surveillance system with cameras installed in common areas, main street and accesses.
Important
At night it is quiet and peaceful to rest, but because of our location in a very dynamic area of the city and close to a major traffic street, it is possible that there is noise during the day. There is a neighboring construction in progress, during the day it can get a bit noisy.
